There are 6 three-bedroom apartments, which can sleep up to 7 people, and 12 two-bedroom apartments, which can sleep up to 5 people. Each apartment has 2 bathrooms. We can close off a bedroom and bathroom in the 2 bedroom apartments if 1 or 2 guests wish to have a one-bedroom apartment.

The spacious units feature ensuite bathrooms with spa baths, 7 Channel Sky TV, VCR, CD players, full kitchens, separate dining and lounge, log fires and under floor heating, their own fully equipped laundry, private courtyard, balconies and barbecue. There is also under cover parking with the units.

Other facilities include an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna, a walking track to the lake and the Frankton walkway, which is used for recreational walking and jogging. In winter our driveway is heated for safe driving and walking.

Spinnaker Bay is situated just ten minutes from the airport, two minutes from the centre of Queenstown shopping and activities or a pleasant lakeside stroll to town.
