Hi Country Haus is our most requested Winter Park property and it has been a long-time favorite of families and groups because it has everything you need in a mountain resort. Conveniently located on a 25-acre wooded development, just one block from main street, Hi Country Haus offers a quiet mountain atmosphere and popular amenities. Winter Park’s extensive mountain trail system is right out your door and it promises unparallel mountain beauty to hikers and mountain bikers alike. Accommodations range from studios to 3-bedroom condos and all offer excellent value.

During the summer season, there are several hiking, biking trails, fishing, boating, Alpine slide, mini-golf, chairlift rides, rafting.
During the winter season, downhill skiing and snowboarding, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, snowmobiling, sleigh rides, ice skating, dog sled rides.

One night's lodging deposit is due 10 days after date of booking. Final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival date.
All monies, once received are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance.
