This three-level 2,600 square foot home, built in the late 1990’s, is a true home-away-from-home, and perfect for a large family vacation or family gathering at any time of the year. Very tastefully furnished and fully equipped, 811 Ferret Lane is located in a small, pleasant neighborhood just 5 miles from the ski area.

With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the House can sleep from 12 to 16 people. The top floor has a master bedroom with king-size bed, bathroom, and loft with sleeper-sofa. The main floor has an open-plan dining room, kitchen and living-room with free-standing wood stove, TV, VCR and DVD player. Two more bedrooms, with a queen bed in one and a full plus twin bed in the second, plus full bathroom occupy this floor. The ground floor has two more bedrooms, one with a full/twin set of bunks, and the second a queen-size bed, plus a separate bathroom.

A private indoor 5-person hot-tub, 1-car garage and a large deck commanding a magnificent view of Byers Peak, complete the list of amenities offered by this very popular house.

One night's lodging deposit is due 10 days after date of booking. The final payment is due 30 days prior to arrival date.
All monies, once received, are non refundable. We strongly recommend the purchase of cancellation insurance.
