The Greer area provides visitors an opportunity to enjoy a variety of winter sports. The U.S. Forest Service and Greer have developed a system of Nordic cross-country trails winding through approximately 35 miles of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest surrounding Greer. Not interested in skiing? You can hike, snowshoe, ice skate on our ponds, ice fish, view the area while taking a sleigh ride, or snowmobile in the surrounding forest. Holidays are the perfect time to enjoy the Greer Lodge & Cabins. Enjoy an old fashioned Thanksgiving or White Christmas while relaxing in the warmth and comfort of Lodge.

Snow Skiing and Snow Boarding at nearby Sunrise Ski Area. We are the Closest Ski Lodge to Sunrise. Greer turnoff is only 8 miles east of the Sunrise Ski Area Turnoff on Hwy 260 east of Show Low/Pinetop/Lakeside.

Policies & Conditions

The newly renovated Greer Lodge & Cabins offers luxurious lodge rooms starting at $125 per night, and spacious rental cabins starting at $145 per night. Rates are posted for your convenience on our rooms & cabins page. Seasonal specials are posted on our Specials page.

Lodge Rooms & Cabins are non-smoking & no pets are allowed. Children are welcome in the Restaurant & Bar and in the cabins, but no children under 16 years old are allowed in the Lodge Rooms.

Room rates are for 1 or 2 people in a room. Add $30 per additional person per night over 2. The Cabin rate allows up to the maximum occupancy in that Cabin at no additional charge.

The Midweek rates do not apply from Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend. The Weekend rates apply every night during that period.
