Summit Sports Will Host Paddle Clinic

FRIDAY, 30 JULY 2010


Summit Sports Inc. will be sponsoring a paddle clinic Wednesday, July 28 at 7 p.m. at Island Lake Recreation Area in Brighton (12950 Grand River Rd). Attendees have the chance to enter to win at $100 Summit Sports gift card.

Snacks will be offered at 6:30 p.m. followed by the clinic. Werner Paddle's Kelly Blades and Danny Mongno (a.k.a. "the doctor of paddling") will demonstrate the art of effective paddling. When the program begins, attendees are welcome to B.Y.O.B (Bring Your Own Boat) or use boats provided by Summit Sports.

There is no charge to attend the clinic however state park fees do apply. Please contact any of the four Summit Sports locations to RSVP.
