Telluride Resort to Host Jeep King of the Mountain |

Snowboard Outreach Society to Include Skiing |

The Snowboard Outreach Society recently announced that aside from snowboarding, they will now incorporate skiing in their program to develop kid’s character and self-esteem.
The group also reveals that they will now be called the Snowsports Outreach Society. Among their first projects under their new name SOS will be taking over the operation of Vail Resorts’ outreach program.

Ski Mountaineering Trip Kicks Off in South Georgia |

A French mountaineering team joined a French expatriate to engage in a sea-supported ski mountaineering expedition to an island in South Georgia. The team is composed of Philippe Batoux, Manu Cauchy (a.k.a. Doc Vertical) and Lionel Daudet. The French expatriate Isabelle Autissier is a famous sailor. The expedition will continue until early January.
