What is your favorite or most effective exercise or stretch for skiing?

I've been jogging and running to increase my stamina but that's pretty much it. I'm not very good at doing press-ups and sit ups, because it stresses me out. Haha.

I need some variations in my ski fitness. Your recommendations are welcome.

I find mountain biking helps + General exercise like sit-ups, jogs...Ect

well i think just basically just general fitness helps out, so anything you can think of that makes you fitter

Yoga helps a ton once you get experienced for all those crazy aerials =P It's why I'm taking it in college...and of course for the all the lovely ladies in the class

sigh, does this guy post here a lot =(

Yoga helps with flexibility through the extension of muscles parts. It helps you become more mobile and aids in your balance.

If that doesn't scream freestyle skiing I don't know what does

What do you mean by core work ?
