What exercise should you do for downhill skiing? Is there any exercise that can help you with downhill skiing?

Just focus your exercises on your lower half. Do situps daily and crunches daily. That would work.

trampoline trainging is really good for your core if you focus on keeping it tight when your practice tricks

or standing on a ledge on the tips of your toes holding onto something and flew up and down wiht your ankles
