Ok, so im plannig on trying/learning a backflip, quick question before i kill myself.... At what point do i shift my weight backwards? Once im off the jump (like in a 360) or when im going up the jump, just before im about to launch?

Start your flip as you are going off of the lip. If you start in the air your goin o break something

start at the peek of the jump and keep ur nees to ur chest or ur legs will have a hard time following.
