I can jump but the park is new to me I wanted some tips on rails and
box. I can ride onto a box but I would like to be better with them and
never done a rail.

well the best way to keep your balance is to go as fast as you're comfortable with, (kinda like how its hard to keep your balance going slow on a bike but easy when ur goin fast...idk) and when ur slidin sideways keep ur back foot flat on the box or rail and have ur front foot kinda tilted up on ur inside edge so your outside edge is kinda up in the air...i hope that makes sense haha

start small and build confidence, dont go out and hit a kink rail for your first one ever, go flat and short, then build up. Ride boxes first then progress to rails, as far as jumping, you just have to want to bad, because i dont car who you when you learn a new trick you are going to fall and there is a good chance its going to hurt, and at times bad.
