Our guiding service is dedicated to helping you enjoy your climbing and skiing ambitions in the Alps and in the world's high and remote mountain ranges.

We are based in Leysin in western Switzerland, which is easy to reach by road or rail from Geneva. There are excellent climbs and ski tours immediately around Leysin; and we are in easy reach of a vast amount of climbing and skiing in the western Alps, which allows us to make the most of weather and conditions.

The variety and quality of climbing and skiing in the western Alps is simply outstanding. There are famous peaks and tours, as well as other less known but equally excellent objectives. Our flexible approach, small groups and expert knowledge will ensure that your visit to the Alps is as enjoyable and rewarding as possible.

Julie-Ann Clyma and Roger Payne are IFMGA mountain guides. They are members of the British Association of Mountain Guides (BMG), the Association Vaudoise des Guides de Montagne (AVMG), and also the American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education (AIARE).

Heli Skiing/Snowboarding	Guided off-piste skiing in the western Alps with uplift provided by a Swiss helicopter.
Ice Climbing	Guided climbs and courses on the wide range of winter cascades in the western Alps. Also, alpine north faces in autumn, winter and spring.
Mountaineering	Guided climbs on classic peaks such as Mont Blanc, Matterhorn and the Eiger. Courses for beginners and experienced climbers. Ascents of harder routes for experienced alpinistes. High level glacier treks in Oberland, Valais, Mont Blanc Range and Grand Paradiso.
Personal Development	Bespoke training programmes using the outdoors as a vehicle for personal and group development.
Rock Climbing	Guided climbs and courses for beginners and experienced climbers. Sport climbing, mountain crags, and alpine rock.
Skiing	Guided off-piste skiing and ski tours in the western Alps. Early winter for powder, late winter and spring for high level glacier routes. Avalanche training courses.
Snowboarding	Guided off-piste riding and tours in the western Alps. Early winter for powder, late winter and spring for high level glacier routes. Avalanche training courses.

Bookings for guiding services are accepted subject to the following general conditions:

1. Fitness and ability
You have the necessary fitness and ability for the trip.

2. Health
You notify us when you make the booking of any medical conditions that might affect participation (e.g. asthma, heart problems, diabetes and epilepsy), and during the trip you will inform the guide of any illness or injury.

3. Safety and Insurance
You understand our information on safety and insurance, and accept the risks of participation and are responsible for your own insurance.

4. Enquiries and Booking
It is recommended that you make your booking well in advance for the main holiday periods. Out of the main holiday periods bookings can be accepted at short notice. Bookings can be made by making a deposit (which will be refunded if it is not possible to accept the booking).
