Megeve Ski Lessons
Mike is a Full Certified American Ski Instructor (P.S.I.A.-R.M.) and French Moniteur Diplômé (F.F.S.). Mike has taught at the following areas Breckenridge and Vail, Colorado U.S.A.
He has also taught in Alped'Huez, Avoriaz, La Plagne, Tignes, Val d'Isere, Megeve, FRANCE.
Mike was a "Hiring clinic" coach and formateur in both the US and France for many years. Mike was a member of the 1st. P.S.I.A. National Academy in Mt. Hood, Oregon in the US. He also represented the USA at the French National School in Chamonix (L'ENSA) in both 1975 and in 1976 where he obtained, with "mention", from the French Government his French "Diplômé de Moniteur ". Mike is a firm believer in "private lessons".... as the return on investment (ROI) is always higher than in a group lesson, it's the "one on one" aspect, the immediate professional "error correction" and lots of patience with a big smile that makes all the difference.
Regarding class lessons; there are however mitigating circumstances as when the group is "homogeneous" and not too large, "in a group we will always ski at the level of the slowest skier of the group".
Morning, afternoon, all day and all week group lessons are available. Private lessons are available on a basis of two hours, half day and all day. Reservations are highly recommended and as far in advance as possible. Some of Mike's clients reserve a year in advance!

Over 35 years of enthusiastic teaching & coaching experience will assure you and your family of the best that can be obtained in the way of ski lessons. Safety and fun is of primary importance to me.
Your ski holiday experience with me here in Megeve will be counted among one of the best of your ski holiday vacations. Should you need help in any way making the arrangements, provide recommendations on lodging and best equipment hire. Pick up Geneva Airport, (80Km.), it all can be arranged. Bring your family and friends or meet them later for lunch at the restaurant.
I can tailor your needs into a super ski experience for one and all. Should you need ski equipment rental or purchase I can advise you and have everything ready for you the minute you arrive in Megeve or any of the other ski areas that could interest you. |

Weather permitting, and during your week in Megeve skiing with me should you so desire we can also go to Avoriaz, Les Gets and Chamonix all less than an hour away. Ever been tempted to ski in Italy?..... well it is very feasible from Megeve in that Courmayer is only an hour away from Megeve and Cervinia is only two hours by taxi/or rent a car! Not to mention a beautiful lunch on the mountain and a superb supper at the end of the day in a quaint Italian village on the return trip home. An Italian ski pass will cost, in general, less per person than in France. |
