Niseko's ski area is made up of three resorts, with 61 runs, 38 lifts and gondolas, and over 47 kms of groomed slopes. For easy access, the three resorts are interlinked during the day by lifts and free shuttle buses. For experts who want more, Niseko's backcountry terrain covers over 30 square kilometers. Niseko-Hirafu resort conditions are primarily intermediate class.
