Property Description
Completed in January 2006 by West Canada Homes, this luxury self contained property is located just behind the Niseko Adventure Centre in Izumikyo 1. It is an easy walk to shops and restaurants and a mere 2 minute walk to the Ski Shuttle bus. The bubbling sounds of the nearby creek and views of Mt Youtei and surrounding forests provide a quiet and relaxing retreat.
Niseko Creekside is ideal for families or groups of friends.
Bedding
Each property has 3 double bedrooms with Queen sized beds. Children and extra guests can be accommodated on futons. All bedding included in price.

There are both 3 western style bathrooms and toilets in Niseko Creekside.
Furnishings
The luxurious modern comfortable leather sofas and arm chairs and full size dining table set in the open designed living-dining-kitchen area provide an excellent place to entertain.
Guests can sit around the fireplace while enjoying the latest state of the art home entertainment system which includes wide flat screen Satellite TV, DVD/CD and surround-sound system, fast speed internet connection and telephone.
Kitchen
The kitchen is amply supplied with all modern western appliances and utensils, including dishwasher, coffee machine, large oven and stove and family sized refrigerator.

The basement area has a large dry room and huge lockable garage for those arriving with vehicles.

Restaurant
Internet Connection1. Any booking request must be made in writing either by fax, email or letter. TNC will issue an invoice by either fax or email.
2. On confirmation of the booking a deposit of 20% of total must be made into our account within 7 days to secure the booking. If this is not made TNC will consider the dates as still being “open” and may take other bookings. Please send TNC a copy of the deposit details by either fax or email.
3. Payments are to be made by either credit card via TNC’s website or by electronic transfer.
4. Please note that bookings will be confirmed once;

Settlement of final payments
Full payment will be required 60 days prior to arrival date. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival will require full payment on confirmation.
